Manufacturer warranty and BTW support

Boat Tops Warehouse works with specialist suppliers and manufacturers. We are your contact for warranty enquiries and coordinate assessment and support with the supplier and manufacturer.

Published manufacturer coverage

The manufacturer provides five years of manufacturer coverage for its house-made metal products, including towers, T-tops and metal accessories, and one year for fabric and electronic products, including canopies, speakers, ballast bags and pumps. Coverage concerns defects in materials and workmanship; confirm the applicable product warranty with us if unsure.

Manufacturer exclusions include wear, misuse, incorrect installation or maintenance, unapproved alterations and certain environmental damage. Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period. Any transfer of remaining coverage requires proper registration. The manufacturer may assess photographs or require inspection, and determines the remedy under its voluntary warranty. Its warranty excludes certain incidental costs. How to request help

Contact Boat Tops Warehouse with your order number, product, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or video. Keep the item and packaging where practical. Please contact us before arranging a return, repair or paid third-party work so we can advise on the next steps and any proposed costs.

We may need time to obtain a supplier assessment or replacement-part availability. We will communicate the next steps and any expected delay; do not send goods directly to the supplier without return instructions. For delivery damage or missing parts, contact us promptly so we can coordinate a solution.

Your consumer rights

This manufacturer warranty is additional to your rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees where applicable. You can contact Boat Tops Warehouse for help; statutory remedies are not conditional on manufacturer approval or the expiry of a voluntary warranty.
