Returns and refunds

For a change-of-mind or fit-related return, contact Boat Tops Warehouse within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us as early as possible so we can coordinate the return with our supplier. Do not send goods to the supplier or any warehouse without written return instructions from BTW.

Approved change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged, complete and in resaleable condition. A 15% restocking fee and return freight apply. Original delivery charges and installation costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. We will explain the proposed return arrangements and deductions before you send the goods.

Supplier return facilities vary by destination. Please ask us about change-of-mind return availability before ordering internationally. We will honour the terms applicable to your purchase and any rights required by law.

For faulty goods, delivery damage, missing parts or an incorrect item, contact BTW with your order number, a description and photographs where possible. We coordinate with the supplier but remain your point of contact. Change-of-mind fees and deadlines do not limit your rights to a remedy for a product problem under applicable consumer law.

We will keep you informed during supplier assessment. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; bank processing time may apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
